Membership is open to any person who:

Has attended at least three (3) meetings within the prior six (6) months;
Is recommended at a general meeting by at least two (2) members;
Has been approved by a vote of at least 75% of the members who are present at that meeting;and
Has made payment of the initiation fee and membership fee.
